The Commission of Gipuzkoa began its publication in 1988 with &#8220;La &#8220;Naci\u00f3n de Vizcaya&#8221; en la Universidad castellana en la Edad Moderna&#8221; by Luis Enrique Rodr\u00edguez-San Pedro Bezares and &#8220;Rafael de Floranes o la defensa de la Paleograf\u00eda&#8221; by M\u00aa Rosa Ayerbe Iribar. The Commission of Bizkaia in 1989: Incoming member lectures by Francisco de Abrisqueta, Jos\u00e9 Guim\u00f3n Ugartechea, Kosme M\u00aa de Bara\u00f1ano Letamendia and Mario \u00c1ngel Marrod\u00e1n. The Commission of \u00c1lava, in 1995: Incoming member lectures by Alberto Figueroa Laraudogoitia, Juan Jos\u00e9 Ortiz de Mend\u00edvil Da\u00f1obeitia, Juan Carlos da Silva and Juan Antonio Z\u00e1rate P\u00e9rez de Arrilucea. A similar publication entitled &#8220;Trabajos de Ingreso&#8221; (incoming member works) by Amelia Balde\u00f3n Inigo was printed in 1984. The Delegaci\u00f3n en Corte (Office at Court) began publishing in 1995: &#8220;Ensayo apolog\u00e9tico de los oriundos y naturales vascongados, en la Econ\u00f3mica Matritense del siglo XVIII&#8221;.
